Provider

Eligibility
Users and authorized business representatives must be aged 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract. The beta is invitation-only and free. Accounts may be unavailable where law, sanctions, provider terms or platform risk policy requires restriction.
Service
Hermes Platform provisions and manages a personal agent connected to user-selected messaging, model and integration providers. Beta features, capacity and availability may change. The service is not a regulated medical, financial, KYC/AML, password-vault or emergency service.
Your account and content
You must protect account access, have authority to provide content and review agent output before consequential action. You retain rights in your content and grant only the permission needed to host, process, transmit, secure and delete it for the service.
External services
Model, messaging, integration and future payment providers operate under their own terms. You select applicable providers and remain responsible for provider accounts, permissions and usage charges. Hermes Platform cannot delete copies independently retained by them.
Acceptable use
You must follow the Prohibited Data Policy, must not submit payment-card or authentication secrets, bypass controls, access another tenant, distribute malware or use unsupported regulated workflows. Security controls may block, quarantine or remove prohibited content.
Payments
Payments are disabled during beta. Before paid launch, checkout must disclose total price, taxes, billing period, auto-renewal, cancellation, refunds and consumer withdrawal rights. Paid access will be fulfilled only from verified backend payment-provider state.
Suspension and deletion
Access may be suspended for security, legal requirements, provider restrictions or material breach. Reset and delete remove active tenant runtime data and start any disclosed bounded backup/legal-record retention. External-provider data follows that provider's controls.
Open source
Hermes Agent is open-source software by Nous Research under the MIT License. Hermes Platform is an independent managed service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Nous Research unless separately announced in writing.
Law and consumer rights
The proposed governing law is Bulgarian law without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their habitual residence. Final withdrawal, warranty, liability, jurisdiction and dispute language remains pending Bulgarian counsel approval.
